These are the questions we recieve most from first time customers. If you have a question for us not currently listed send us a message and we’ll answer it as soon as possible! You can also call or text 403-374-2727 for quicker assistance.
Along with graphic design do you also offer printing services? – Yes, we offer printing services for almost all of our graphic services not including vehicle wraps or decals. Of these services we have a couple of local affiliates we can refer you do after the design is complete.
How long does it take for items to be printed? – The amount of time it takes to print will depend on the complexity of the service. On average it takes about a week from the time it is printed to the time it is delivered.
Do you deliver and if so is there an additional fee? – Yes we can deliver to your home or office and there is no additional charge for deliver.
Do you require a down payment for your services? – Typically we charge a down payment of 30% TO 50% depending on the complexity of the project. This is done to secure our clients spot where we do our work on a first come first service basis.
What type of payments do you accept? – We currently accept cash, cheque, e-transfer, or credit card. Please note there is a transaction fee of 3% when paying by credit card.
Do you do in person appointments or consultations? – Yes we do in person meetings with Airdrie residents at no additional charge. For businesses outside of Airdrie a travel charge may apply beyond the first meeting.
Do you offer any package deals or special promotions – Yes we offer great discounts when purchasing multiple products at once. Please ask us for more details at any time.
